Shipping policy

All pottery/ceramic purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase through UPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage. When shipping multiple items or large items, alternative carriers may be used. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Items are packaged safely and securely to ensure safe arrival at your doorstep. After the shipment is dropped off at the carrier, it is out of our control. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is thorough, accurate and current.
